Through our website and mobile application (referred to as "Site" or "Our Site"), PhotoMoy facilitates the booking of photography or videography sessions (the "Service") for customers ("Customers") and photographers or videographers (collectively referred to as "Photographers"). Our Site also offers additional services related to photography and/or videography, such as photo printing, among others.

Additionally, if you're a Photographer, we collect your profile details, including a picture and a description of your professional background.

Payment Data
We collect certain payment and billing information needed for us to (i) pay Photographers and (ii) accept payments from Customers. This information may include billing address, payment card or mobile banking details, and, if you are a Photographer, your social security or tax identification number. We collect Payment Data via secure payment processing services.

Photograph Data

We gather information about the photography sessions you reserve via our Service, such as the shoot's location and time. Furthermore, we accumulate and maintain the pictures that Photographers capture for Customers.

Communication Data

If you reach out to us with inquiries or issues, or if you choose to participate in questionnaires, surveys, or market research seeking your feedback, we may gather information from you. Please note that providing this information is entirely optional.

Social Media Data

We have pages on social media sites like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn (“Social Media Pages”). When you interact with our Social Media Pages, we will collect Personal Data that you elect to provide to us through your settings on the Social Media Site, such as your contact details. In addition, the companies that host our Social Media Pages may provide us with aggregate information and analytics regarding the use of our Social Media Pages.

Third Party Data

Third parties may provide us with information regarding Customers using their professional email address, including details such as their job title, employer, and workplace location.

Online Activity Data
When you visit, use and interact with the Site or App, we may automatically receive certain information about your visit, use or interactions. This includes connecting Customers with Photographers for booking photoshoots, ensuring proper payment to Photographers, and facilitating the transmission of photographs from Photographers to Customers. To communicate with you, including responding to your inquiries, comments, feedback, or questions.
